What should I expect on my first visit?
Quick answer
Visit one is a reset. Visit two is free, on purpose, so we can adjust what didn't land. By visit three your home plan is locked in and it starts to feel routine.
A cleaning company that gets everything right on visit one is either lying or cleaning a hotel room. Your home isn't a hotel room. Real homes have quirks, preferences, and surfaces that need different treatment — and most of that doesn't come through on a quote form.
So we treat the first three visits as a setup process, not a guess:
- **Visit 1 — Reset.** We run the initial checklist, which has higher baseline levels than recurring. The job is to bring the home to a clean starting point.
- **Visit 2 — Free Tune-Up.** We come back, you tell us what felt light or wasn't quite right, and we adjust the levels for those items going forward. This visit is free because we expect to be adjusting things.
- **Visit 3 — Lock-In.** Your home plan is now tuned to your actual home. This is your first true recurring clean.
What this means for your clean
- Visit 1 takes longer and costs more than future visits — it's the reset, not the routine
- Visit 2 doesn't cost extra. It's part of how we calibrate, not a discount.
- After visit 3, most clients say it stops feeling like "a cleaner" and starts feeling like "my cleaner"
What to do
- Before visit 1, walk through your home with fresh eyes. What bothers you? Note it.
- After visit 1, tell us what didn't feel right. Don't hold it — visit 2 exists exactly for this.
- After visit 2, check whether the adjusted areas now feel how you want them. If anything's still off, flag it then.
If we miss something on your home plan, tell us within [PLACEHOLDER: report-window — 24 hours? 48?] of the visit and we'll come back free.
