Do you bring your own supplies?

Quick answer

Yes — everything. Vacuums, mops, towels, products. You don't need to supply anything.

We train our cleaners on specific tools and products so we can guarantee the result. If we use your vacuum and it's losing suction, we can't control the quality of the clean. If we use your glass cleaner and it streaks, same problem. Bringing our own kit means we know exactly what's happening on every surface. The kit is consistent across cleaners. Your primary and backup are using the same products on your home.

Exceptions

If you strongly prefer we use a specific product of yours (a particular wood floor cleaner, a brand of glass cleaner you trust), leave it out and note it on your home plan. We'll use yours on that item.
