About Broom
Most people don’t actually want a “cleaning service.” They want a specific problem solved.
The person moving out wants their deposit back. The family with three dogs wants to stop living in fur. The parent with a toddler wants the low surfaces actually sanitized. The tidy homeowner wants the detail work that a standard clean skips entirely.
Why we exist
Most cleaning companies run one routine on every house. They adjust for square footage, maybe for frequency — but the clean itself is largely the same.
We exist because we think that’s the wrong starting point. Before we schedule anything, we want to understand what’s actually going on in your home — not the size of your kitchen, but why your kitchen is the problem. Grease buildup from cooking every night is a different job than fingerprints on stainless from a clean kitchen that just shows smudges. Same room. Different problem. Different approach.
Most services ask what you want. We ask what’s wrong — because you shouldn’t have to know how to solve a cleaning problem. That’s our job.
That's not a philosophy we invented — it's how good cleaners have always thought. We just built a company around it on purpose.
What we believe
"Clean" isn't one thing. Different homes, different lives, different standards mean completely different problems to solve. Broom was built around that idea.
Cleaning is problem-solving, not chore execution
A move-out, an allergy sufferer, a family with five kids, and a 10,000 sq ft empty nest do not need the same "standard clean." A baseboard gets dry wiped, wet wiped, scrubbed, or left alone depending on the surface, the traffic, and what you actually care about — not because it's on a list.
Trust is structural, not a personality trait
We want to be in your home long-term, and that only works if there's a real way to communicate when something's off and a real path to fix it — not just a promise to do better.
Kids and pets aren't complications
They're part of how your home actually lives. A toddler and a 90-pound dog change everything about how a home needs to be cleaned, and we plan for that from the start.
Small is intentional
We keep our routes tight and our team consistent. You don't get whoever's available — you get the same people who already know your home.
Who we’re here for
Families with kids and pets who need someone who already knows how to work around both. People who’ve had a cleaning company before and it just wasn’t quite right. Homeowners who want to stop thinking about it entirely — because there’s a real plan running, not just someone doing their best.
Denver-based. Local. Built for the long relationship, not the first visit.
How we back it up
Same cleaner, same route
We keep our zones tight so the same people clean the same homes. Consistency isn’t a promise — it’s how we build our routes.
2nd clean free by design
Visit 1 sets the plan. Visit 2 tunes it — free. That’s not a promotion, it’s an acknowledgment that calibration takes more than one visit.
Real people, real path
When something’s off there’s a real way to say so and a real way to fix it. Not a vague apology — a specific item that gets addressed.
