How do I skip or reschedule a visit?

Skipping a visit doesn't save you money — it costs you. When we miss a visit, your home gets twice as much buildup before we see it again. The next visit takes longer, sometimes runs over, and the dirty parts of your home stay dirty longer than they should. So our default is to move the visit, not skip it. If you're traveling, we can come while you're gone. If guests are arriving, we can come before they show up. If your week is broken, we'll find a slot that works.
