When am I charged?

You shouldn't pay for a service before it happens. We keep a card on file to secure your booking and to make the post-visit charge automatic, but the charge runs after the work is done.

- You'll see the charge in your portal and on your card statement same day
What to do
- Card on file is required at booking
- Update your card in the portal anytime if it changes
Exceptions
- One-time cleans (move-out, deep) may require a deposit at booking — we'll let you know on the quote.
