What does a typical cleaning include?

Quick answer

There isn't a "typical" — your clean is built from your home plan, which we calibrate to your specific home over the first three visits. Every room and surface has a service level set to what you actually need.

Generic checklists waste your money. Most cleaning companies use the same checklist for every house — wipe counters, vacuum floors, scrub toilets. That works fine until your home has actual problems: shedding dogs, hard water buildup, an oven that needs serious help. Then a generic checklist either misses what matters or burns time on things that don't. Our home plan replaces the checklist with something specific to you. Every room you choose, every surface in those rooms, gets a service level: skipped, dry wipe, wet wipe, light scrub, or heavy scrub. The level reflects what the surface actually needs based on the problems you tell us about.

What this means for your clean

  • Time gets spent where it matters in your home, not on a one-size-fits-all script
  • The plan is written down — your cleaner sees it before they walk in
  • You can see your home plan in your portal and request changes anytime

What to do

  1. After booking, review your home plan in the portal
  2. If something is missing or set at the wrong level, tell us — we'll update it before your next visit
