Most cleaners just "clean until it looks clean." We don't. Every visit to your home follows the same thinking pattern, so we solve the right problems without damaging your stuff or drifting over time.

We start from your real problems, not a generic list.

Dog hair tumbleweeds, cloudy shower glass, sticky kitchen floors, kids' toothpaste everywhere. We design your routine around the actual things that bug you, room by room.

We match the problem to the surface and soil.

Soap scum on glass, grease on a stove, dust on hardwood, mineral deposits on fixtures — they all need different methods. We figure out what surface it is, what's on it, and what's the safest effective way to fix that.

We choose the right level, not "scrub until it's gone."

Each area gets a level (Light, Regular, or Deep), so high-problem spots get more attention on rotation and lower-priority areas stay lighter. You're not paying for overkill where you don't care.

Our service works best when we both do the part we're good at. Your job is not to manage cleaners or design a cleaning plan. Your job is to be honest about what you want and how each visit felt. Our job is to turn that into a plan, run it, and improve it over time.

Your job — what we need from you

Tell us what's really bothering you.

Pet hair on the couch, cloudy shower glass, toys everywhere, mystery kitchen stickiness. When you get a quote or start service, tell us what you actually want fixed — not just "a clean house."

Answer the quick check-ins.

After visits we'll send a tiny check-in (a quick rating and "What should feel different next time?"). It takes about 30 seconds. When you answer, we update your home plan so the next visit gets closer to what you want.

Tell us when life changes.

New baby, new pet, new home office, in-laws moving in. When your life changes, your home plan should too. Email, text, or note it in your portal and we'll adjust the routine.

You do not need to: write checklists, manage cleaners day-of, or remember to repeat instructions. That's our side.

Our job — what you should expect from us

Design a plan that fits your home.

We take your problems, your surfaces, and your budget and turn them into a written home plan: which rooms we clean, how deep we go in each area, and what gets extra attention.

Run that plan every visit.

Your cleaner doesn't "wing it." They follow your plan so visits are consistent instead of random. If a different cleaner has to fill in, they run the same plan.

Improve the plan based on your feedback.

When your check-ins or emails come in, we update your plan. If you stop responding or we see a dip in scores, our office reaches out so small issues don't turn into long-term frustration.

If you try to run your own mini cleaning company on the side — giving different day-of instructions every visit and never using the check-ins — you'll get an inconsistent experience no matter who you hire. If you let us run the system and just give honest feedback, it gets better every visit while you do less work.

Your 2nd clean is free on purpose. It gives us room to tune your checklist so every visit after that feels right.

Visit 1 — Reset & Build

Your first clean is a deep reset. We use the problems you flagged in your quote — pet hair, hard water, whatever it was — to set your initial cleaning levels and get your home to a baseline. We usually send two cleaners: your primary cleaner and a backup — so if your regular cleaner ever has a day off, the person filling in has already been in your home and seen how you like things done.

Visit 2 — Free Tune-Up Clean

FREE

This one's on us. Your cleaner returns with notes from Visit 1, and we use this clean to fine-tune timing, priorities, and your checklist. You give feedback, we adjust. No charge.

Visit 3 — Lock-In Clean

By now your cleaner knows your home. The checklist is dialed in, the rhythm is set, and it stops feeling like 'a new cleaner' and starts feeling like part of how your home runs.
