Moving out?
Your landlord or property manager expects the place to look like it did on day one. We get into every corner, cabinet, and appliance -- the things you'd never think to clean on a normal day. Our move-out cleans are thorough enough to help you get that deposit back.
- All standard rooms cleaned top to bottom
- Inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Inside oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- Interior windows and window tracks
- Baseboards, door frames, and light fixtures
- Garage floor swept (if applicable)
- Light switch plates and outlet covers wiped
Moving in?
Start fresh. Before your furniture arrives and the boxes are unpacked, we'll sanitize and detail every surface in your new home. You walk in to clean floors, fresh countertops, and the peace of mind that everything's been handled.
- Full sanitization of kitchens and bathrooms
- All surfaces, countertops, and shelving dusted and wiped
- Inside cabinets cleaned before you unpack
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Interior windows cleaned
- Baseboards and trim wiped down
When to book
We recommend booking your move clean 1-2 weeks before your move date. For move-outs, we typically schedule the clean after all belongings are removed but before the final walkthrough. For move-ins, we come in before your furniture arrives.
Settling into your new place?
Once you're moved in, keep it that way. Most clients who start with a move-in clean switch to recurring service within the first month. Your cleaner will already know your new home.
