From the team

Real quotes from current cleaners. We hire for reliability and care — then we train the cleaning.

I had worked at two other cleaning companies before this. Both were 1099 and I never knew what my week was going to look like. Here I have a set route, the same clients, and I actually know their dogs by name. My clients ask how my kids are doing. That doesn't happen at most jobs.

The training was real. They didn't throw me into a house on day one and hope for the best. I shadowed for a week, then they watched me for a week, and then I was on my own. By the time I was solo I actually felt ready. I've never had that at a job before.

I'm a Lead Cleaner now and I help train new people. When I started I had zero cleaning experience. What I had was that I showed up every single day and did what I said I was going to do. That's really what this job rewards. The cats and dogs are a bonus — I genuinely love that part.

We’ve cleaned Denver homes for 14 years with a small, local team. No franchises, no out-of-state owners. Just people who plan to be here next year and the year after.

What your day actually looks like

No surprises.

8:30am

You start the day

Check your route app. You have 2–3 homes today, all in the same part of Denver. Supplies are either provided by the client or you have a kit in your car. You know exactly where you're going.

Morning

First home

You let yourself in with the key or code. The client is usually at work. You follow the checklist — every client has a custom one. You text the office when you arrive.

Midday

You move at your own pace

No one is watching over your shoulder. You do the job the way you were trained, hit every item on the checklist, and text when you're done. The client comes home to a clean house.

Early afternoon

Done for the day

Most days wrap up by 3–4pm. No evening calls, no weekend shifts, no on-call. When you're off, you're off.

Pay, schedule, and benefits

Real numbers. We work hard to keep your schedule full so you can count on your paycheck.

Starting pay: $22/hr + $4–8/hr in tips on average
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm. No evenings, no weekends, no major holidays.
Employment: W-2 employee. Taxes handled. Workers comp. Consistent pay.
Training: 2-week paid training before you ever clean solo.
Mileage: Reimbursed for driving between homes.
Supplies: Provided — you don't buy anything out of pocket.
Pets: Every day. Dogs, cats, the occasional bird. We love it.
Growth: Lead Cleaner → Trainer → Senior Trainer → Office roles.

Local Denver team. No corporate BS.

Solo routes, predictable schedules, and a team that picks up the phone.

🐾 We’re serious about pets

Most of our clients have dogs, cats, or both. You’ll be in homes with animals every single day. This isn’t a warning — it’s a perk if you’re the right person. Our cleaners love it.

If animals make you nervous or you’re not comfortable around them, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you light up when a dog runs to the door — you’ll love this job.

🤝 What “team” actually means here

You work solo in homes, but you’re not on your own. The office has your back when something goes sideways — a client complaint, a difficult home, a dog that won’t let you in. You call us, we handle it.

We know our cleaners by name, not by employee number. Most of our team has been here for years. That’s not an accident.

Is this you?

We don’t hire based on experience. We hire based on who you are.

You feel worse canceling on someone than showing up when you're tired
You can follow the same checklist every time without cutting corners
Being physically tired at the end of a good day doesn't bother you
You like working solo and moving at your own pace
You take feedback without arguing or explaining it away
You're comfortable letting yourself into someone's home and treating it with respect
Animals like you — or at least you like them
When you commit to something, you show up

Probably not a fit if:

  • You hate being on your feet or doing physical work
  • You cut corners when no one is watching
  • You're uncomfortable around dogs and cats
  • You see this as a short-term gig, not a real job

If that sounds like you, the 2-minute apply below is your next step.

Quick answers

Do I need cleaning experience?

No. We provide 2 weeks of paid training before you ever clean solo. We'd rather teach you our system than have you unlearn someone else's.

Am I an employee or a contractor?

W-2 employee. Taxes withheld, workers comp covered, consistent schedule. We haven't used independent contractors since 2015.

What are the actual hours?

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. When you're done for the day, you're done.

What do I need to get started?

A smartphone, a reliable car with valid insurance and registration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Must be 18+.

How does pay work?

Base pay starts at $22/hr. Most cleaners earn an additional $4–8/hr in tips on average. Pay increases as you advance. Paid weekly.

What happens after I apply?

We'll reach out within 24 hours. If it looks like a fit, you'll be invited to a group info session on Tuesday morning where we walk through everything in detail and you fill out the full questionnaire. From there, a paid trial day, then an offer.

Apply in 2 minutes

Just the basics. If it looks like a fit we’ll reach out within 24 hours.

Three quick questions:

Can you work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm most weeks?

Do you have a reliable car, valid license, and insurance?

Are you comfortable working around dogs and cats every day?

We’ll text you within 1 business day. If it looks like a match, you’ll join a Tuesday group info session, do a paid trial day, and you could be cleaning (and earning) within 2 weeks.
