How do I skip or reschedule a visit?

Can I change my cleaning frequency?
Yes, change anytime. Pricing adjusts based on the new frequency — weekly and biweekly get a recurring discount, monthly is priced higher per visit.
What if I need to cancel service entirely?
Tell us. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We just ask for [PLACEHOLDER: 48 hours?] notice before your next visit so we can reassign your cleaner.
Which frequency is right for me: weekly, biweekly, or monthly?
Biweekly works for most homes. Weekly is for high-traffic households or heavy shedders. Monthly is light maintenance for clients who keep up with cleaning themselves.
How does the free 2nd clean offer work?
New weekly and biweekly clients get their second clean free. It's calibration, not a discount — the second visit is where we adjust what the first visit revealed.
Do you come on the same day every time?
Yes. Same cleaner, same day of the week, all year long. If your day is Tuesday, it's Tuesday.
What is your late cancellation policy?

What happens if there is severe weather or a snow day?
If roads aren't safe, we don't drive. We contact you to reschedule, usually later that same week.
What is your holiday schedule?
We close on major holidays. If your visit falls on one, we contact you ahead of time to move it to another day that week.
