How we build your custom cleaning routine
Your 2nd clean is free on purpose. It gives us room to tune your checklist so every visit after that feels right -- not hit-or-miss.
The 5-visit journey
Visit 1 -- Reset & Build
Your first clean is the deepest. We spend extra time resetting your home to a solid baseline -- tackling buildup, hitting neglected spots, and getting the lay of the land. Your cleaner walks through with a detailed checklist and takes notes on your home's layout, surfaces, and any special requests. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Visit 2 -- Free Tune-Up Clean
FREEThis one's on us. After your first clean, we review your feedback, adjust the checklist, and come back to fine-tune. Maybe the kitchen took longer than expected, or you want more focus on the bathrooms. This free visit is where we dial things in -- so from Visit 3 on, your clean feels exactly right.
Visit 3 -- Lock-In Clean
By now your cleaner knows your home. They know which shelves collect dust, which bathroom the dog hangs out in, and how you like your kitchen counters left. Visit 3 is where it clicks -- you stop thinking about directing and start trusting the routine.
Visit 4 -- Thank-You Clean
A little bonus from us. We add extra attention to a high-impact area of your choice -- maybe inside the fridge, window tracks, or a deep scrub on the oven. Consider it our way of saying thanks for sticking with us.
From There -- Set-It-and-Forget-It
Your cleaner arrives on schedule, follows your custom checklist, and locks up when they're done. You come home to a clean house. No managing, no reminding, no checking corners. It just works.

What a typical visit looks like
Arrival
Your cleaner arrives on schedule, lets themselves in with your preferred method (lockbox, code, etc.).
Clean
They follow your custom checklist room by room. Solo cleaner, focused time, no rushing.
Lock-up
Home is secured exactly how you like -- doors locked, alarm set if applicable.
Feedback
You can leave notes anytime. We adjust the checklist so it keeps getting better.
How pricing works
We don't do hourly rates or vague estimates. You get a clear price based on your home.

- Transparent quote upfront -- no hidden fees, no surprises on the bill
- More frequent visits = lower per-visit cost (weekly is less than monthly)
