Agreement to Terms

By using Broom Maids' services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Broom Maids provides residential cleaning services in the Denver, Colorado metro area. Services are provided by our W-2 employees on a recurring or one-time basis as agreed upon between you and our company.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as soon as possible.

Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home for scheduled cleaning appointments. This includes providing working keys, lockbox codes, or other entry methods. You agree to secure pets and remove any hazardous materials prior to your cleaner's arrival.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Recurring clients are billed automatically according to their service schedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to address any areas of concern at no additional charge. Our 2nd-clean-free offer for new recurring clients is subject to enrollment in a recurring service plan.

Liability

Broom Maids carries general liability insurance and bonding. In the event of accidental damage during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left in walkways or cleaning areas.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your home and any special requirements
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning team
  • Secure valuables and items of sentimental value
  • Communicate any changes to your home access or schedule promptly

Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service at any time with no penalty. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Simply let us know and we will cancel future appointments.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
