How do add-ons work?
Quick answer
Pick add-ons when booking or before any visit — inside oven, inside fridge, window tracks, detailed baseboards, others. They're added to that visit for a flat fee.
Add-ons are items that don't belong on every visit. Inside the oven doesn't need monthly attention; it needs annual or semi-annual. Window tracks accumulate slowly. Detailed baseboards on a recurring basis would push your base price up without giving you proportionate value.
Pricing them per-add-on means you pay only when you need them. Your base price stays focused on the recurring maintenance work; add-ons cover the seasonal or as-needed deep items.
