What if my cleaner is sick or unavailable?
Your backup cleaner steps in. We try to send your primary and backup together on visit one so the backup already knows your home.
Same-cleaner-every-visit only works if there's a real plan when your cleaner is out. The wrong way to handle this is to send whoever is free that day — your home goes from "the cleaner who knows it" to "a stranger with a checklist." That's exactly the model we don't run.
The right way is a designated backup. Same person every time your primary is out. They've been in your home before. They know your dog, your codes, the spots that need extra attention. Continuity stays mostly intact.
What this means for your clean
- You don't get a stranger when your cleaner is sick or on vacation
- The office tells you in advance when the backup is coming
- Your home plan is followed the same way either way
What to do
- Nothing — we handle scheduling
- If you ever don't want a particular cleaner in your home — backup or primary — tell us. We'd rather rearrange than lose you.
Exceptions
- For one-time cleans (move-out, deep clean), the same-cleaner model doesn't apply — you may get whoever is available that day.
