Do I need to be home?
No, and most clients aren't. You give us access — key, lockbox, door code, garage code — and we lock up when we leave.
The whole point of hiring a cleaner is to remove things from your life, not add appointments. Most of our recurring clients are at work, running errands, or out of town when we clean. Your home gets cleaned, you come back to it done. That's the loop.
The same-cleaner-every-visit model is what makes this work. You're not handing keys to a different stranger every two weeks — it's the same person, every time, who you know by name. Access codes and key locations are stored securely and accessible only to your cleaner and your backup.
What this means for your clean
- You can go about your day; we handle it
- We lock up before we leave and confirm with the office
- If you have a security system, you can either give us the disarm code or leave it off during our visit
What to do
- Decide on your preferred access method when booking
- Update us if codes or keys change
Exceptions
- If you'd rather be home, that's fine. We just ask that you let us work without supervising — we know what we're doing.
