What happens after my home plan is locked in?
After visit 3, your cleaner runs the same plan every visit — same person, same routine, no managing or re-explaining. Visit 4 includes a thank-you bonus detail (inside oven, inside fridge, window tracks — your pick). From visit 5 forward, it's pure recurring.
The three-visit setup exists so the routine can be invisible afterward. Most cleaning companies never finish "setup" — every visit feels like a new test because every visit is a new test, and the customer is doing the project management.
Once your home plan is locked in at visit 3, you're paying for the actual work of cleaning your home, not for the meta-work of running your cleaner. Your cleaner arrives, runs your plan, locks up. You come home to a clean house. That's the whole loop.
Visit 4 is the thank-you — same routine, plus a bonus detail item on us. After that it's pure recurring.
What this means for your clean
- Your written, problem-based home plan stays in place visit after visit
- Your cleaner doesn't need to be re-briefed or re-trained on your home
- If your life changes — new pet, new home office, recovering from illness, new baby — tell us and we update the plan. Your cleaner shows up next visit knowing what changed.
What to do
- Tell us when something changes. You don't have to wait for it to become a problem.
- If a clean ever feels off — a level needs adjusting, an item we're missing — say so. The plan is meant to be tuned over time, not frozen.
- Don't grade us in your head. If something's wrong, call us or use the scorecard. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
Exceptions
- Major changes to the home (renovation, addition, refinish) may need a re-quote. The plan and pricing might shift.
- If you skip more than several consecutive visits, your slot may need to be reassigned. We'll always talk to you before that happens.
