Help/About Your Visit·Updated May 2026

How long does a visit take?

It depends on your home, your service levels, and how long your cleaner has been on your house. Visits are priced to the result, not the clock — same price every visit, regardless of duration.

Hourly pricing punishes both sides. If we promise two hours and your home needs two and a half, we either rush the rest of the house or break the promise. If we promise two hours and your home only needs ninety minutes, you feel cheated.

We price the job, not the hour. Each home plan has an internal time target based on actual data from similar homes — we use it to manage our schedule and pay our cleaners fairly, but it's not what shows up on your bill.

Over time, as your cleaner learns your home, visits typically get faster. That's normal, and the savings stay with us — your price doesn't change because your cleaner got better at your specific home.

What this means for your clean

  • Same price every visit, regardless of how long the cleaner stays
  • Some visits run longer (post-holiday, dirty kitchen day), some run shorter
  • The standard is the checklist, not the clock

What to do

  1. If you need us out by a specific time for a specific visit, tell us at least a day in advance and we'll prioritize the must-hits
  2. If a clean ever feels rushed, flag it. The plan should be done, not abbreviated.
