How We Clean Your Vents

The HVAC vents in your Denver home are a primary source of dust redistribution. Dust accumulates on the individual slats and, when your heating or cooling system activates, this accumulated dust is blown directly into your living spaces, settling on surfaces you just cleaned and impacting air quality.

What we don't do

  • We do not use harsh chemical sprays directly on vent covers, as these can leave a sticky residue that attracts more dust over time. We also avoid abrasive scrubbing on painted or coated vent surfaces, which can scratch or chip the finish, leading to permanent damage and an unsightly appearance.

Why we do it this way

Wiping the surface of a vent with a dry cloth only displaces dust, sending it airborne to resettle elsewhere. Our technique involves using a damp microfiber cloth to capture dust particles directly, preventing them from becoming airborne. This method ensures the dust is removed from your home, not just moved around, leaving your air cleaner and surfaces dust-free for longer.
