When am I charged?

After each clean, not before. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm exact timing — same day after completion? Day after? Within X hours?]

You shouldn't pay for a service before it happens. We keep a card on file to secure your booking and to make the post-visit charge automatic, but the charge runs after the work is done.

What this means for your clean

  • No upfront deposits for recurring service
  • Your card on file is charged automatically — no invoice to manage
  • You'll see the charge in your portal and on your card statement same day

What to do

  1. Card on file is required at booking
  2. Update your card in the portal anytime if it changes

Exceptions

  • One-time cleans (move-out, deep) may require a deposit at booking — we'll let you know on the quote.
