Costs go up every year — wages, insurance, supplies, fuel. To keep our cleaners well-paid and our standards consistent, prices have to track those costs over time. We don't do mid-year surprises; we review once a year and communicate any change with notice.
What this means for your clean

- The rate change only applies to visits after the effective date
- If a price change doesn't work for you, you can adjust frequency or cancel — no penalty
