Why does my first clean cost more than recurring visits?

The first clean is a reset — a deeper baseline that includes things we won't repeat every visit. Inside the oven, behind appliances, full grout treatment, window tracks. That's why it costs more, and it's only billed once.

How does pricing work?

Flat rate per visit, based on home size, bathrooms, and frequency. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly) pay less per visit than one-time or monthly because the home stays in better shape between visits.

When am I charged?

How do tips work?

How do I access my client portal?

You'll get a portal setup link after your first booking. Use it for payment info, schedule, home plan, and feedback.

Why can't I just book online instantly?

Because our pricing depends on what your home actually needs, and a booking widget can't know that. The quote form gets us most of the way; a short call confirms the details before you commit.

What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if a payment fails?

We notify you the same day if a charge fails, and we pause future visits until the balance is cleared. No fees for the failure itself — we just can't keep cleaning until the card is fixed.

Do your prices increase over time?

What is your refund policy?
