How does pricing work?
Flat rate per visit, based on home size, bathrooms, and frequency. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly) pay less per visit than one-time or monthly because the home stays in better shape between visits.
We price the job, not the clock. Hourly cleaning punishes you when your cleaner is slow and punishes us when your cleaner is fast — neither outcome serves you. Flat-rate pricing means you know what you're paying before we arrive, and we're incentivized to do the job right, not to drag it out.
The price math: home size and bathrooms set the baseline effort. Frequency adjusts it — weekly clients see less buildup, so each visit takes less time. We pass that efficiency back as a discount per visit. Monthly clients have more buildup per visit and pay slightly more per clean for that reason.
What this means for your clean
- Same price every visit at your frequency, regardless of how long the visit takes
- Add-ons (inside oven, fridge, window tracks) are priced separately when you add them
- Initial clean is priced higher than recurring because it's a different scope
