What happens if there is severe weather or a snow day?
If roads aren't safe, we don't drive. We contact you to reschedule, usually later that same week.
Denver weather is what it is. We won't put cleaners on icy roads to keep a schedule. When conditions are dangerous, we pull teams off the road for the day.
The trigger is judgment, not a single threshold. School closures, blizzard warnings, single-digit highs with active snowfall, or a stretch of unplowed routes all factor in. We err on the side of caution.
What this means for your clean
- Your visit may be delayed by a day or two during major storms
- We contact you early in the morning if we're calling off — usually before you'd be leaving for work
- The make-up visit usually lands later that same week
