How does the free 2nd clean offer work?

New weekly and biweekly clients get their second clean free. It's calibration, not a discount — the second visit is where we adjust what the first visit revealed.

After the first visit, almost every home has things we need to adjust — service levels we set too low, items we missed, areas that need more attention. We don't think you should pay for us to learn your home. The second visit exists to fix what visit one revealed, and it's free for that reason.

It's not a promotion. It's how every new recurring client starts. The expectation is that you'll find things to flag — that's the point, not a complaint.

What this means for your clean

  • Visit 1 (paid): we run the initial checklist and learn your home
  • Visit 2 (free): we adjust based on your feedback, lock in the recurring template
  • Visit 3 onward: standard recurring pricing

What to do

  1. Sign up for weekly or biweekly
  2. After visit 1, tell us what felt off
  3. We update your home plan so visit 2 fixes it

Exceptions

  • The offer is for new weekly and biweekly clients. Monthly is handled differently at quote stage.
  • One-time cleans (deep, move-out) don't include a free second visit — there's no recurring routine to calibrate.
