What is your late cancellation policy?

Cancellations inside our notice window incur a fee. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm — Manus suggested $50 for late cancel and full visit price for lockouts. Reschedules at any notice are free.]

When you cancel last-minute, we can't fill that slot. Your cleaner still expects to work — and to get paid — for that block. The fee covers their time so they aren't punished for your schedule change.

The way to avoid the fee is to reschedule instead of cancel. We'd much rather move you to another day that week than charge you and leave a hole.

What this means for your clean

  • Inside the window: fee charged
  • Outside the window: free reschedule or cancel
  • Lockout (we arrive, can't get in): treated as a same-day cancel

What to do

  1. If you need to change a visit, contact us as soon as you know
  2. If you're outside the window, no fee — we'll find another day
  3. If you're inside the window, ask about rescheduling — sometimes it works in your favor
