The route model makes this work. Your cleaner has a fixed route — same homes, same days, every week. Their week is predictable too. That's how we keep turnover low and how your cleaner stays on your home long-term.

- Major holidays move your visit by a day or two — we contact you in advance to arrange the new day
- Snow days or severe weather may force a reschedule — also communicated in advance
