How do you handle delicate surfaces like natural stone or antiques?
We train on surface-specific protocols — original hardwood, lime plaster, natural stone, antiques. Wrong product on the wrong surface is the most preventable kind of damage, and we prevent it by knowing what we're looking at.
A century-old hardwood floor at the end of its sanding life, a marble countertop, a piece of lime plaster — these are all surfaces where the wrong product causes permanent damage. The standard cleaner mentality of "all-purpose for everything" is exactly what destroys irreplaceable finishes.
Our cleaners are trained to recognize surface types and use the right chemistry. Stone gets neutral-pH cleaners, not acids. Original hardwood gets dry methods or controlled moisture, not standard mopping. Plaster gets minimal moisture handling, not wet scrubbing.
