What we use, pet/kid safety, background checks
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Pet-safe and kid-safe products are the default, not an upgrade. If you have a specific sensitivity, we can switch to fragrance-free or specialized allergy-friendly products.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — everything. Vacuums, mops, towels, products. You don't need to supply anything.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee who passes a background check before they ever enter a client's home.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — general liability insurance and a fidelity bond. If we damage something, insurance covers it. If something is taken, the bond covers it.
What happens if something gets broken or damaged?
We tell you immediately, document what happened, and pay to repair or replace.
Do you offer fragrance-free or green cleaning options?
Yes. Our standard kit is already pet-safe and plant-based. For fragrance-free, asthma-friendly, or specific allergy protocols, we switch products on your home plan.
How do you handle delicate surfaces like natural stone or antiques?
We train on surface-specific protocols — original hardwood, lime plaster, natural stone, antiques. Wrong product on the wrong surface is the most preventable kind of damage, and we prevent it by knowing what we're looking at.
How do you handle pet hair and odors?
Pet-home cleaning is its own protocol — different vacuum techniques, different baseboard frequency, enzymatic cleaners for accident-prone spots. Built into standard service when you tell us about your pets.
