Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee who passes a background check before they ever enter a client's home.
We don't use gig contractors or independent cleaners. Marketplace platforms can't control vetting at the platform level — anyone who passes their loose screen gets dispatched. We hire directly, run background checks ourselves, and stand behind every person we send.
The W-2 model is the structural choice. Background checks are part of it, but they're not the whole story — direct employment means we know our cleaners, we train them, and we're accountable when something goes wrong.
