What is a "home plan"?

Your custom checklist. We build it from the problems you tell us about during the quote, then tune it across the first three visits until it matches how your home actually lives.

A generic checklist gets your home clean once. A home plan keeps it clean over time because it's specific to you — your pets, your priorities, your problem areas, the surfaces and items in your actual rooms.

We start from a baseline template (initial for first visit, recurring for ongoing) and modify service levels based on what you flagged in the quote form. Have dogs? Pet hair zones get bumped. Mold in the shower? That gets heavy scrub instead of wet wipe. Hate the smell of cleaning products? Fragrance-free becomes the default chemistry.

Once your plan is locked in after visit 3, your cleaner runs the same plan every visit. Same standard, same priorities, same items skipped or attended to.

  • You can review and request changes anytime through the office
