Do you make the beds or change the sheets?
We straighten the bed with existing linens as part of standard service. If you leave a clean set of sheets out, we swap them. The same goes for duvet covers — leave the clean cover out with your sheets and we'll change that too.
A made bed makes the whole room feel finished, so straightening is part of standard service. Sheet changes take a few extra minutes — fine if you leave clean ones out. Duvet covers are a different story: they take real time, sometimes require two people, and can damage the duvet or the cover if rushed. So here's how we make it work: leave the clean duvet cover, sheets, and pillowcases at the end of the bed and let us know where the dirty set goes, and we'll handle the change.
What this means for your clean
- Default: bed is straightened, existing linens stay
- Sheets out: we change them
- Duvet covers: we change them when the clean cover is left out at the end of the bed
What to do
- Leave clean sheets on the bed if you want them swapped
- If you want sheets changed every visit as a standard, add it to your home plan
- For duvet covers, leave the clean cover, sheets, and pillowcases at the end of the bed and tell us where the dirty set goes
