Do you make the beds or change the sheets?

A made bed makes the whole room feel finished, so straightening is part of standard service. Sheet changes take a few extra minutes — fine if you leave clean ones out. Duvet covers are a different story: they take real time, sometimes require two people, and can damage the duvet or the cover if rushed.
