What is a "home plan"?
Your custom checklist. We build it from the problems you tell us about during the quote, then tune it across the first three visits until it matches how your home actually lives.
How do I update my checklist?
Email or call the office. We update the home plan in our system; your cleaner sees it on their app before the next visit.
What's the difference between Light, Regular, and Deep cleaning?
Levels apply per item, not per house. We assign a service level to every surface — skip, dry wipe, wet wipe, light scrub, or heavy scrub. "Light," "Regular," and "Deep" are public-facing labels that group those internal levels.
Can I request a specific item be cleaned differently?
Yes — that's the whole point of the home plan. Tell us what item, what level, what room. We update the plan and it applies to every visit.
What's the difference between the initial clean and recurring cleans?
Initial is the reset — higher baseline levels across the board, plus items that only happen once (inside oven, behind appliances, full grout). Recurring is maintenance at the levels you tuned together.
How do you decide what to clean in my home?
You tell us about the problems in your home — pets, allergies, sticky kitchen, behind on cleaning — and the system applies specific protocols for each one. The home plan combines those protocols into your checklist.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture to clean under it — dining chairs, side tables, ottomans. We don't move heavy furniture — beds, couches, dressers — because of liability for floors and our cleaners' backs.
What is NOT included in a standard clean?
We don't do laundry, dishes, exterior windows, post-construction dust, smoke remediation, hoarding situations, biohazards, or anything involving human or animal waste beyond standard pet messes.
How do add-ons work?
Pick add-ons when booking or before any visit — inside oven, inside fridge, window tracks, detailed baseboards, others. They're added to that visit for a flat fee.
Do you make the beds or change the sheets?
We straighten the bed with existing linens as part of standard service. If you leave a clean set of sheets out, we swap them. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm duvet cover policy — Manus assumed we don't change duvet covers.]
