How do you decide what to clean in my home?
You tell us about the problems in your home — pets, allergies, sticky kitchen, behind on cleaning — and the system applies specific protocols for each one. The home plan combines those protocols into your checklist.
Generic checklists clean homes the same way regardless of what's in them. A home with three shedding dogs needs a completely different approach than a home with a newborn or a home with severe allergies. The problems determine the protocols.
We have a database of common household situations — pet hair, hard water, dust sensitivity, post-renovation, mold in showers, dozens of others. Each one has cleaning protocols attached: which items get attention, which products to use, which service levels to set. When you flag a problem in the quote form, those protocols apply automatically.
What this means for your clean
- Your checklist solves your actual problems, not a hypothetical home's problems
- If your situation changes (new pet, new baby, finished renovation), tell us and we re-apply the protocols
- The protocols are documented — your cleaner sees not just what to clean but why a level is set high or low
What to do
- Flag the problems in your quote form honestly — pets, allergies, what's been bugging you
- We'll review your plan with you before visit 1
- Update the office if your situation changes
