How payouts work
We split the $100 into two payments so you see money quickly and we confirm the client is a real fit before the full payout.

Paid the following month once their first clean is completed. Fast signal that the intro actually led somewhere.

Paid when they complete their 3rd recurring clean within 60 days. By this point they’re a real ongoing client.
Payouts sent monthly — on the 15th of the following month via check or PayPal. Clear monthly report showing every referred client and their status.

How much do I earn per referral?
$100 per client who sticks with us — paid in two installments. $40 after their first completed clean, $60 after their third clean within 60 days. Paid monthly via check or PayPal.
What do my clients get?
Every client you refer gets $100 in credits spread across their first three visits. On top of that, all new Broom Maids clients get their second visit free as part of our standard onboarding. Your clients get a real deal.
How does tracking work?
Once approved, you get a unique referral code and link. When a client books using your link or mentions your name, they're tracked to you. You can see every referral and payout in your partner dashboard.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required?
No minimum. Send one client a year or ten a month — either way you get paid for every one who sticks. There's no quota and no pressure.
What area do you serve?
We serve Denver and the surrounding metro — Lakewood, Aurora, Arvada, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Englewood, Wheat Ridge, Broomfield, and more. If your clients are in the Denver area, we can probably help them.
When will I get approved?
We review applications within a few business days. We'll reach out by email with your referral code and a quick onboarding call to make sure you have everything you need.
